Meet Simone

Founder and Physiotherapist, Simone has with more than 20 years professional experience in clinical, community and workplace setting and is a self-confessed manual handling nerd. She's passionate about helping others implement best practice approaches to their unique workplace risks to keep everyone safer. Simone has trained tens of thousands of staff and when you meet her, you'll understand how she effortlessly engages and authentically connects with her clients and audiences for lasting change.

Meet Jennifer.

Jennifer Rennison is a highly skilled, highly qualified Physiotherapist with more than 20 years specific experience in occupational health and injury prevention. Her wisdom guides the team towards real-world solutions that are sustainable over time. Sharp as a whip, she sees through to the core of the issue and provides innovative ideas and approaches.

Meet Heidi.

Heidi Pinson is our expert Occupational Therapist with more than 15 years dedicated clinical and community care experience. These broad experiences masterfully guide her approach to manual handling and injury prevention. Her subtle but determined approach to clients is highly impactful and energising.  

Meet Emma.

Highly regarded Occupational Therapist, Emma is the go-to specialist for all things Aged Care related. Her expertise extends to education and training of healthcare teams and budding students. With a strong focus on evidenced-based practice, Emma's approach is considered and powerful.


Meet Jenny.

Leader of our team of health professionals is one highly organised administrative professional. Jenny Dean steers us skillfully into our productive, efficient schedule with a smile and always a laugh. With her more than 20 years legal administration experience, our capacity and capability to deliver your project is strong.
